They will have good service qual-ity with rich professional knowledge to provide the best services for customers. In addition, the promotion system in accordance with the level training also ensures the operation system that all the executives at the company will be promoted from the basic level employees.
 
Characteristics of Educational Training
 



The comprehensive pre-job, on-job, advanced on-job, professional enhanced and profes-sional management training with different functional training in accordance with the various functions of different units builds the exact internal training system. A complete set of training system is established with the external training system based on the organi-zation and employee development, overseas study and language training. We insist on the quality of employees from the screening of recruitment, concentration training on new employees to confirmation period of individual work ability. Employees not approved by us shall not serve our customers. They must pass our accreditation after continuous training to be qualified for service and operation.
     
A Strong Team of Trainers
  We have six professional lecturers to give lessons island-wide with 10 backup personnel and senior first level executives to form a strong team of training work force. They pre-pare training manuals and teaching materials with rich contents to enhance the overall in-ternal training.
     
Complete Training Equipment
  There are a total of eight training classrooms with each accommodating 50 persons. The newly opened study and training centre has classrooms, dormitories, restaurants and rest-rooms, etc. The Centre has the most advanced training equipment to provide employees with a learning environment and improve the overall training quality for the best training results.
