Home delivery

The goods will be delivered to the designated address of the receiver and sign to confirm the receipt of the goods by the receiver or the person receiving the goods for the receiver.

Pick up at chain stores

If undeliverable, arrange a chain store location with the driver for pick up, such as any location of Hi-Life, Family Mart or OK. Please present your ID card and payment for picking up the goods, and just inform the store keeper of your name.

Pick up at our locations

1.A business location of our Company is the place of delivery. The receiver may present an ID card to pick up the goods from our service personnel.
2.Just fill in pick up at OO location in the field of address of the receiver in the waybill.
